Absolutely! Strength Reset starts with breath, alignment, and proper positioning, so every exercise is accessible. You’ll build strength safely, step by step, no matter your starting point, and gain confidence as you progress.
Why is it so important to understand the “why”? Can’t a workout just be good enough?
A workout can make you sweaty, but without understanding why each movement matters, it’s easy to miss the results that really count — like strength that shows up in real life, better posture, and less tension or discomfort. Strength Reset teaches you the reasoning behind every exercise, so you’re not just going through the motions — you’re building strength that lasts and moves with you outside the gym.
I’ve tried programs before and never stuck with them — how is this different?
Most programs give you lifetime access, which sounds good in theory — but often means they sit unfinished because there’s no clear structure to keep you moving forward. The Strength Reset is different. It’s designed as a 6-week program with 8 weeks of access. That means you have the flexibility to go at your own pace if life gets busy, while still having a clear finish line that helps you stay focused and complete the program.
On top of that, you’re not left to figure it out alone. Each workout is follow-along (just press play and I’m right there coaching you), and you’ll have direct access to me for form feedback and questions. This combination of built-in structure, real-time coaching support, and a clear timeline gives you both the flexibility and accountability you need to actually finish — and feel the results stick.
Do I need a lot of equipment to do this program?
Minimal equipment is needed. A yoga block, Pilates ball, dumbbells or kettlebells, and heel wedges (or household items to create a lift) will work perfectly. You can do most of it at home or in the gym.
I’m concerned about aches, pains, or pelvic floor issues — is this safe?
Yes! Every movement in this program emphasizes safety, alignment, and body awareness. It’s specifically built for women who want to exercise with respect for their bodies, reducing tension and improving strength without discomfort.
