That realization reshaped everything. I shifted my focus from how workouts looked to how they felt—to how my body functioned, healed, and moved through life. With over a decade of experience and Minnesota roots, I now help women build strength that supports their real lives. It’s not about chasing perfection. It’s about moving with intention, feeling connected, and trusting your body again.

This isn’t just about reps—it’s about reclaiming your body.

I’m no stranger to the weight room—but after having kids, everything changed. The strength I once took for granted felt out of reach, and the advice out there? Vague at best. “Just don’t do that anymore” didn’t help me lift my toddler, carry groceries, or get through the day without discomfort. Like so many women, I was left wondering why no one talked about how our bodies actually work—especially after big life transitions.

Traditional fitness programs didn’t address the real issues, and advice was often dismissive or incomplete. That gap sparked a fire in me to create something different: a training approach designed specifically for women like us, who need more than just workouts. They need guidance that respects their bodies, understands their struggles, and supports lasting change. I built this business to offer real solutions rooted in experience, science, and empathy—so no one has to feel that isolation or confusion I once did.

I BUILT THIS BUSINESS TO FILL THE GAP I COULDN’T FIND WHEN I WAS STRUGGLING THE MOST.


Suddenly, my body didn’t feel like my own. I dealt with persistent low back pain, pelvic floor discomfort, and a core that felt weak and unreliable. Movements that once felt natural became triggers for pain or fear. I felt frustrated and confused by conflicting advice that told me to “just avoid” certain activities instead of addressing the root cause. It was clear: I needed a new way to move, heal, and build strength that honored the changes motherhood brought.
