The Bell Bar is a small, supportive strength training space for women in Alexandria, MN.

Training at The Bell Bar begins with a 60-minute 1:1 Start-Up Session to get to know you, your goals, and how your body moves. From there, you’ll move into semi-private or small group training — whichever feels like the best fit. Details on each option are outlined below.

With 13 years in fitness, I help you build strength that powers your life—so you can show up strong for yourself and those you love.

Programming tailored to your goals, pace, and needs, with expert eyes on form and progress every step of the way.

Individualized coaching in a focused, supportive setting — just you and up to two other clients.

Semi-Private

We move with purpose. You'll get a feel for The Bell Bar style with a full-body session using foundational movements, plus a clear plan for what’s next.

I assess and address. A movement screen helps identify how your body moves and what it needs — laying the groundwork for safe, effective training.

I get to know you. We’ll talk through your background, movement experience, current needs, and goals so I can support you with intention.

Start-Up Session

Everyone follows the same thoughtfully designed program, with person-specific cues and coaching to support your form, pace, and progress.

Strength-focused sessions in a close-knit group — capped for connection, accountability, and plenty of personal attention.

do you only offer in-person coaching services?

Nope! While The Bell Bar is an in-person training space, I also offer virtual coaching options for those who prefer to train from home with guidance, structure, and support. Check that out here!

Is there a minimum coaching commitment?

Yes, to get the best results and build consistency, I ask for an initial 3 month commitment. From there, we move into 3, 6, or 12 month commitments. This helps you build momentum and make real progress with ongoing support.

can i join if i'm breast feeding or pregnant?

Absolutely! Training at The Bell Bar is designed to support women at all stages, including pregnancy and breastfeeding. We’ll tailor your program to keep you safe, comfortable, and strong throughout.

I'M COMPLETELY NEW AT FITNESS, IS THAT OKAY?

Beginners are actually my favorite! We start slow, focus on building a solid foundation, and make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
