What makes online training different from following a random program I find online?

Random programs can’t adjust to your needs, progress, or setbacks. With online training, your program is personalized to you — your goals, your schedule, and your body. Plus, you’ll have me in your corner for coaching, accountability, and support.

I’m not a beginner, but I’m not advanced either. Is this right for me?

Absolutely. I meet you where you’re at. Whether you’ve lifted for years or you’re coming back after time off, your program is designed to challenge you at the right level — not push you into something you’re not ready for.

How does the coaching part work if it’s online?

You’ll get a clear, easy-to-follow plan through our training app. You can message me directly with questions, form checks, or updates anytime. I’ll be checking in with you regularly to make sure you’re progressing, adjusting your program as needed.

What kind of equipment do I need?

Your program will be built around what you have. If you’ve got a full gym setup — great. If you’re working with just a few kettlebells or dumbbells at home — we can build a solid plan around that too.

I’ve tried programs before and fallen off. What makes this different?

The difference is support and accountability. Instead of going it alone, you’ll have a coach who actually knows your struggles, celebrates your wins, and helps you through roadblocks so this time, the changes stick.
