STRENGTH TRAINING YOUR BODY NEEDS TO LIVE THE LIFE THAT YOU WANT.
Forget the industry's focus on looks—I'm all about how your body moves and functions.
My mission is simple: Empower women through strength training to move their bodies without hesitation.
You’re no stranger to exercise but once you hit your 30s things just started feeling… different.
Maybe you’ve thought to yourself…
“Wow, that's harder than it used to be.”
“I feel like I’ve lost so much flexibility.”
“No matter what I do, everything just hurts.”
“My body feels broken.”
You could hop on YouTube and do any old follow-along workout, but you’re at a point in your life where you want intent and purpose behind your exercises. More than anything, you want to live the future you have been dreaming of for yourself without feeling held back by your body.
Random workouts or just hitting the treadmill did the job in the past, but now you’re noticing that your body doesn’t feel the same afterward.
The aches and pains are creeping in.
Soreness stays with you longer.
The frustration of putting in time and effort without feeling any stronger grows within you.
Understandably so! Those random workouts weren’t designed with you in mind… they exist to help people “feel the burn” and “break a sweat”. You’re past all that…You recognize that you want more from your workouts so you can actually have the strength and mobility to DO the things you want in your life.
I’ve worked with women from all walks of life…
The new grandma who noticed she was having a hard time playing with the grandkids.
The mom who is exhausted from putting herself last on her priority list.
The retiree who feels like she’s having difficulty keeping up on the pickleball courts.
…and they all have this one belief in common:
“I’m unwilling to accept this as my future.”
Hey! I’m Holea (pronounced like Holly… I knew you were wondering)
I am a Minnesota-based personal trainer with over a decade of experience who specializes in empowering women just like you through strength training. Forget the industry's focus on looks—I'm all about how your body functions.
Over my 12 years of coaching, I noticed a collection of common problems women were experiencing such as low back discomfort, upper back/neck tension, weak core, incontinence during exercise, and pelvic floor heaviness.
In my postpartum journey, I gained first-hand experience with each of these feeling terrified to lift without making things worse in my body and having no clear direction on how to improve these symptoms other than empty AdViCe of “just don’t do that anymore”.
I knew something had to change —for me and for you.
That's why, for the last 4 years, I've dedicated my career to strength training with a woman’s body in mind and have witnessed amazing transformations in the numerous women I’ve worked with - from breaking free of discomfort to gaining the strength and knowledge they need to move their bodies without hesitation.
“I love that you taught me to stack my rib cage above my hips. It has made a huge difference in taking pressure off my lower back, better posture, and just FEELS so good! THANK YOU!”
— Diane R.
“Working with you has been amazing! I love that you help me customize workouts to meet my goals, provide plenty of guidance and encouragement, and are willing to teach me the skills so I can do more on my own. I’ve never been stronger and I work out less than I used to!”
— Lauren B.
“Thank you so much!!! I feel great both physically and mentally. Just in such a good place! And you are such a big part of that!!!”
— Farren C.
“I don’t know how to put into words how valuable it is to take care of our health. I know that training with a professional can be out of budget for many people or maybe just more than people expect to pay. Still, when I look at the amount I spend on training, I think about the fact that I easily spend that amount without even thinking about it on other not-so-important-to-me things like going out to eat, getting my nails done, mindlessly buying $30 sweaters at Target. IT CHANGED MY PERSPECTIVE when I started looking at it as an investment in my mental and physical health. When I think about how training consistently (even just a couple of times a week) has positively impacted me, it would be hard to imagine NOT doing this anymore.”
